This update is focused on making your sleep routine easier to understand and easier to act on.

The daily check-in now gives you a simpler summary of your night, with a clearer tip to help you choose what to focus on next. There is also a brand-new Weekly Progress view, so you can look back at your progress, spot patterns, and browse previous weeks whenever you want.

Onboarding has also been redesigned with new steps that help Supersleep feel more personal from the start, so new users can set up a routine that fits their goals and habits more naturally.
