Terms of Use
Last updated: May 14, 2026
Supersleep is made by Papercones Inc. to help you build calmer sleep habits and understand your sleep context. By using Supersleep, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Apple EULA
Supersleep is provided under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms add anything specific to Supersleep, these Terms apply to that specific point.
Purchases
Supersleep may offer optional subscriptions and lifetime purchases. All purchases are processed and managed by Apple through the App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings. Lifetime purchases are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Refunds, cancellations, billing, and purchase management are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms and policies.
Health and privacy
Supersleep is a wellness app, not medical advice, a medical device, or an emergency service. It cannot diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any health condition, and it does not guarantee better sleep or health outcomes.
If you connect Apple Health, Supersleep uses the permissions you grant to support features inside the app. You can change those permissions at any time in iOS settings. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
Supersleep is provided as-is and may change over time. Papercones Inc. may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app, and these Terms may be updated in the future.
