Supersleep is designed to help you improve your sleep without turning your personal data into another thing to worry about.

Your sleep data stays on your device. If you choose to connect Apple Health, Supersleep uses that permission to show sleep context and support your habits inside the app.

Supersleep may collect anonymous diagnostics and basic usage information to keep the app reliable and improve the product. This does not include your Apple Health sleep data.
