Sleep Focus helps reduce distractions by filtering notifications and dimming your Lock Screen during your sleep schedule.
How to Set Up Sleep Focus
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap Focus.
- Tap Sleep, or tap + to create a new Sleep Focus.
- Configure who and what can reach you during sleep: choose which people can contact you, select which apps can send notifications, enable Dim Lock Screen, and turn on Hide Notification Badges.
Set Up Automatic Activation
- In Sleep Focus settings, tap Add Schedule or Automation.
- Choose Time to set specific hours.
- Set your sleep and wake times.
- Select which days to apply the schedule.
- Tap Add to save.
