How to Set Up Your Sleep Schedule
- Open the Health app on your iPhone.
- Tap Browse at the bottom.
- Tap Sleep.
- Tap Get Started or Set Up Sleep.
- Set your sleep goal. Seven to nine hours is recommended for most adults.
- Choose your bedtime and wake-up time.
- Select which days this schedule applies to.
- Configure your Wind Down period, the time before bed to prepare for sleep.
- Tap Add to save your schedule.
