React after the night is over
- Get feedback only after the night is already over
- See what happened, but not what to try tonight
- Miss one night and feel like the routine is broken
Build better sleep habits without turning sleep into a performance.
A different approach
Focus on the inputs, not the outputs: choose a small habit, get nudged while it still matters, and check in without judging the night.
Beyond the sleep score
Sleep trackers help some people. For others, the nightly score becomes one more thing to chase.
A poor sleep or recovery score could influence how I felt & performed.
The perfect score becomes the goalI tried to get the perfect sleep score. It created anxiety, which, ironically, deteriorated my sleep.
More data can create more pressureSleep tracking is making you more anxious, not more rested. You're stressing about your sleep data.
How it works
Create healthier nights with small habits you can actually keep.

Behind the app
A few years ago, I read Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker. One idea really stuck with me: one of the most effective ways to improve sleep is to follow simple, healthy habits.
Around the same time, I tried a sleep tracker app for the first time. But instead of helping, it put pressure on me to perform and chase the perfect sleep score every night. Ironically, it led to some of the worst sleep I’d had in years.
That experience eventually became the starting point for Supersleep. I built it to help people improve their sleep through small, realistic habits and daily check-ins, without turning sleep into a performance.
